The particpants will attend four retreats of 2 1/2 days each, a series of self study assignments before and between the retreats, and a class project. Participants will gain knowledge in a wide range of subjects beneficial to them personally and professionally. They will be placed on the “fast track” to become leaders in their business and in the REALTOR® family. Graduates will enjoy ongoing recognition from peers and association leaders, and will become part of the team welcoming new graduates to future classes.
